Facilitation as a Strategy for Implementing the Novel TBI-RECOVER Intervention into Substance Use Treatment: A Mixed Methods Hybrid Type 2 Effectiveness-Implementation Feasibility Trial
This hybrid type 2 effectiveness-implementation trial evaluates external facilitation as an implementation strategy for increasing the adoption, reach, implementation, and sustainment of our novel TBI-RECOVER intervention model in outpatient substance use disorder treatment, as well as the effectiveness of TBI-RECOVER on client treatment outcomes.

Neurologic-Informed Care to Improve Health Equity Among Persons with Brain Injury Experiencing Homelessness: A Community-Engaged Implementation Approach
Grounded in the NINDS Social Determinants of Health and Health Equity Implementation Frameworks, this R34 seeks to address several objectives necessary to prepare for a future hybrid effectiveness-implementation trial to increase the uptake, effectiveness, and sustainment of Neurologic-Informed Care in homeless and housing service settings nationally.
